In memory of Lisa's mother, Dodie, there will be a coffee morning to raise awareness of ovarian cancer at her house on 17 March between 10 and 12 noon. Entry is £2 and there will also be a raffle to win a one on one pilates session, massage, Champagne and cakes. Cuttings of a house plant owned by Dodie will also be available to buy. Symptom leaflets will be available for people to take away and distribute amongst friends. The morning is also being heavily supported by Margaret Hunter, a friend, whose mother also died of ovarian cancer and her daughter, also a close friend, Vicki Lupton.
